Rough Roncept for a Revived College (Train) Station and Location.

This is not official, but hopefully, someday it could be. I just want to know what others think about this concept. It is close to the location of the original College Station, and it is close to the densest part of the city as well as the central bus hub with an already existing pedestrian underpass under Wellborn. Amtrak's Texas Eagle line used to serve the city of College Station, and there are talks of that part of the route being reimplemented (black = railway platforms, yellow = station).
