Reviews are so crazy nowadays

So I just went and read the lowest reviews for my store and tbf there's a bit of them, we've gotten way better since i got there like a year or two ago but it's still in yikes territory imho

But anyways i saw a bunch of doordash and Uber drivers who were mad that we didn't remake "their" food because Uber has to send us their orders again otherwise we're first giving away free good.... And then I'm also just entirely confused why drivers are reviewing at all like,,,,,, dude you didn't eat here???

Anyway I was only mentioned in two of them, one where someone was mad that i didn't give them free sauces because they ordered a $110 order and somehow that means they get free sauces?? I mean like I always offer ketchup and stuff when they seem upset about the sauces costing money and explain that's how corporate wants it so that one doesn't matter to me but still

But another one is from this weirdo that came in one time and didn't order for 45 minutes (we checked on them twice and the last time they seemed upset we existed lol) then they said they're chilling then was mad that during a huge rush his order (made via kiosk) wasn't made first because it was only "12 taquitos" and therefore should've been pushed to the front immediately like they do at all the bars he definitely owns!" I told him that's not how it works and our screens are full anyways and when someone else comes in and asks if they had to wait long he said " yeah we waited two hours" i immediately corrected over him because I've had enough pushy men in my life I'm not about to take such s from a stranger mind you and explained no he's only been waiting 15 minutes ("aRe YoU tRyInG tO eMbArRaSs Me?" Like he didn't do that on his own I'm like actively looking at the time on his receipt.)

Lol that guy had me so pissed off because he talked to me like my mom's diagnosed narcissist ex-husband did, i still hope that guys business going under

My fiance and I are looking to apply for a loan to consolidate our debts and because we're so far behind on rent it's crazy. Our landlord is a saint, but i don't want to run his patience dry as we still owe him for last month + this month equals $3200 before what will probably be this months $300 late fees so it's really $3500 just about so i figured a loan to pay off an entire amount plus bills and a head start on next month is what we need but I'm a little worried about getting scammed or something idk I'm kinda new to finance and stressed on top of that because i used to just pay my bills but never this late... I'm not even living above my means we just have too many loans and need to make it into something we can turn into one monthly payment instead of 20 lol

We're near DFW Texas if that helps and if we should actually go to a credit union but I'm fine with applying somewhere online instead, i have a friend who did that recently and it worked out for her. My credit is about 660 or so and his is roughly 720 right now any suggestions are welcome.

I'm posting this in a few places so sorry if it looks familiar

Edit: guys i am budgeting, I figure I should probably explain a little bit more about my financial situation. I have been up to about March paying all of my debts and bills and everything on time. But some personal things happened in march, and now I feel that it would be a lot easier for me to pay the rest of my debts off as far as they're concerned, and just get a loan that's a one-time monthly payment instead of four separate installments from four separate companies for four separate things all of which at the time I could totally afford. Due to the hours that I work I am working the maximum amount that I am physically capable of, my fiance and I are both getting plenty of hours. The problem is that it is now due to certain political situations in America kind of difficult to buy gas and groceries, and then also pay my bills, and then also pay my rent. I just need help finding a trustworthy loan company that will help me consolidate my debts into one hopefully less monthly payment. Because i feel having one debt payment a week is a lot more difficult than having one day payment a month.

I am budgeting we are working a lot etc. i know all that already i need help with loans because I'm not financially savvy in that department.

I keep seeing people complain about the speed and service of Whataburger nowadays and i almost feel bad because it was only like 3 or 4 years ago we had enough people on every shift to where we really could get a customer through in 5 minutes max.

Nowadays we're just so severely understaffed it's honestly genuinely impossible, I'm holding out hope (for some reason) that the new company that's taking over will increase our staff because it's been terrible trying to survive every shift with half the people I'd normally have back in the day to do twice the work on top of that.
