Hey guys, I’m curious on your thoughts about ACH transactions where the beneficiary at another institution is a potential 314(a) match. in this case, is there a requirement to submit a match? The only info available is a name in the ACH description.

Update: I submitted a Helpdesk ticket and FinCENs response was “You are not required to submit a 314(a) positive response if the subject is not a customer of your financial institution”
