Hi all, I saw an ophthalmologist about this yesterday and had a very healthy report. No issues noted. Normal eye exam. “Nearly perfect eyes” were his words.
That being said, I can’t see well!
The issue: If you can imagine, after you look at a light, and look away, the residual greenish blue tint leftover, is all over my vision in splotches!
This started the day after I took my highest dose a week and a half ago. I feel like the timing is too coincidental to not be related to the shot. I’ve never experienced anything like it before.
Doc was kind of stumped. Didn’t think it was migraine aura due to the length of time it’s been happening. He advised to stop the medication for the time being, and see if things improve. I reached out to the Hers providers and they advised there is no taper needed so it’s safe to stop.
So I’m at a halt for now. I’m very bummed. But losing lbs is not worth vision problems.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar, and if nothing else, if anyone else ever has the same issue, maybe they will find this post and know they’re not alone. Kind of feel like I’m going nuts.
