When Adam mains wanted mobility, they got a whole new ability to allow them to fly.

When Adam mains complained about no VFX, they got it added in later.

When Emma mains wanted less coattails and capes, they got a skin where you could remove it.

People who knew of Cloaks character have been asking for his legs to be returned since season 0, and it gained more traction around season 3. It reached an all time peak in season 5 when they tried giving him that god awful take a seat emote that had him clipping through the chair. Their response? A leaning emote. Don’t get me wrong the concept of a leaning emote is good, but it’s about what it represents. Instead of giving Cloak legs so he could sit down they would rather avoid the issue, and have him lean against a light pole.

Now for some reason there is so much pushback from the community on this idea. It’s always “Well these things take” (We’ve been asking since last year) and “Well then they’d have to change his skins too” (go right ahead even if it means less skins). If modders can manage to untangle the already present leg bones in Cloak’s model to give him legs then why can’t the billion dollar company?

Cloak’s lack of legs also alienates him from the rest of the cast. During the Valentine’s day even Cloak couldn’t sit down on the ride in times square. His emotes are significantly weaker, and he will never get any skins from the comics. To put that last point into perspective there are only 3 characters without any comics skin. Cloak and Dagger, Luna Snow, and White fox. Cloak and Dagger are tied for last place against the character known for barely having any comics and the second most recently added hero.

Edit: also we (or at least I do) want legs like Mag not a new walking animation. Make them feel a part of the character with knees that bend. Not lifeless limbs that don’t function
