I remember seeing it on TikTok between 2021-2023. It was one of the animated Chinese work safety videos. If I remember correctly, there was a worker on a ladder. The ladder was near a window. A forklift hits the ladder, propelling the worker through the window and onto the street. An alternate angle is shown from the outside as well and I believe he impacts a car.
