Unpleasant train ride home - Sydney

On the train home and these two idiots slams the chair into the back seat I was seating. Then proceeded playing loud music whilst kicking the backward seats which vibrates through to the seat I’m on.

Told them to quit it and they told me to fuck off so I gladly did and got up and left.
Sucks for the girl sitting next to me, copping it all.

Thank you for listening to my rant.

I’m 28(m) and recently got invited by a team member to come over and play poker/hang out on a Saturday night.
The thing is, the guy that invited me is I would say between 65-70 and he started last month.
In addition, he invited four other people - 2 senior managers (one which I report to) and 2 other team members. They are a mix bag of m and F between 40ish-55.

So far, the 2 senior managers and one team member are are down to play.

I’m not very close to any of them and that I just view them as work people.
On the other hand, I wonder if getting close would allow for a decent pay increase in next performance review? 🤣

What would you guys do?
Feel free to share stories of the good and bad when you started hanging with them outside of work.

**thanks everyone, appreciate the input. I’ll touch up on my poker and will go play and have a fun night out
