Basically am a SDE with 9month experience + 1 yr of intern experience,
Recently got promoted to SDE2 with legit minimal salary change.
I don't mind the low pay but i honestly am worried about this leading to a situation where i wont be able to switch companies easily ? Is this a valid concern ? I really need some experienced dev guidance here.
My concerns are will now all companies ask me way harder questions and I cant apply for SDE1 roles or it will be looked down upon ?
