i know it's tktktk but how to make the sound consistent even when in low / high register

when the tempo is too fast i couldnt actually tongue it properly

I've been learning flute for 6-7 years and tmr's gonna be my first flute exam I take Im taking the abrsm grade 5 exam and does anyone know how long will it take for me to master the grade 7 pieces
