I’ve been in HR for a long time and I am seeing more ghosting from job candidates than ever before. People will apply to my job openings and I’ll email them the same day requesting phone interview availability and I’ll get no response. Our ATS shows when the applicants have opened our emails, so I know they’re not ending up in spam. I’ve also had a number of applicants for HR roles blow off phone interviews and in person interviews with no communication afterward. Anyone else experiencing this? It’s a new one for me.
