SW 89.6kg CW 80.7kg TW 51-54kgs.

SD 2.5mg, CD 10mg since 2 weeks. Been on mounjaro for 2.5 months.

Health issue: Hashimoto

Mounjaro so far has little contribution in all that weight loss. One meal a day and egg diet combo did the job as it has done in the past. But always got stuck at 70-71kgs. Mounjaro just makes it easy to do these diets. Had lost 9kgs in 3 months with proper diet and exercise in the past.
