I am researching examples of successful 3-Lane commercial streets with 10-15K AADT and it's a big task to "just find them" so if anyone has any great examples, I'd love to check those out.
Some other parameters that would be a plus.

Thank you. I hope this doesn't sound too open ended but that really is the entire scoop for me. My process has been to "select a city", find the AADT maps available from the state's DOT site, find a random street with the right numbers, go to google street view and assess whether it is a good candidate. And this process is way too slow. Also, I'm not even taking into account whether the locals would consider it a "success," so if you have a suggestion you're actually familiar with, then that's a huge bonus.
