Hi all,

A bit of background: I’m 26F, currently earning £73k gross, and last financial year my total gross income was just over £100k including bonuses. I work in aviation, and I’m due to become a director at my current company — current Directors there earn around £200k gross.

I’m fairly new to investing and long-term financial planning, apart from having a standard savings account. I also own my home, with around £280k remaining on the mortgage.

My main goal is to retire as early as possible — ideally around age 50 — while still being financially comfortable and having a reliable income in retirement. I’d really appreciate any advice on where to begin in terms of pensions, investing, savings strategies, or general retirement planning.

Thanks in advance!
