Is it reasonable for me to apply for 16 days of time off for a trip to Europe? I wanted to go in August and first brought this up in March. I was told we’ll talk about it. After multiple emails, and today, bringing it up once more, I was told to park my request till we win some deals..

For context: I’ve been in this company for 5 years and have never taken off more than a week continuously. Also, my leave balance has the required number of time off days.

However, my manager is actually a great guy and more than a reasonable person, so I feel like I may be asking for too much. Wanted to check: is this long of a time-off normal in your company?

sick gig, but not sure why they did it in HRC Hyd. The venue was quite bad- poor lighting, sit-down-layout, stage too high

the small crowd was still loud af and moshed the tables away though 🤘🏽
