Tiny black spots in Magnesium Glycinate powder, is it safe?

Hi, I recently got Thorne Magnesium Bisglycinate powder and today noticed some dark mini spots all over the powder. Is this safe for consumption, has anyone had similar experience?

Am I being scammed here?

I am selling my car privately and buyer wants to pay with a manager cheque. The buyer reached out through WhatsApp and didn’t even negotiate the price (my first suspicion).

They originally suggested meeting at night 8pm at RTA, for which when I asked if we can do earlier - I was told it’s impossible on their side.

When I asked for the photo of the manager cheque, they said they can’t share it because their bank suggested it’s not safe.
