Schedule help
Hi everyone! Looking for some schedule advice.
My 32 week baby is currently on a 3-nap schedule with wake windows of 2.25 / 2.5 / 2.75 / 3.
He usually gets about 11 hours of sleep at night, but we’ve hit a major wall with the third nap. He is fighting it tooth and nail—lots of crying and protesting.
The dilemma:
• If we force the 3rd nap, it’s a huge struggle and pushes bedtime late.
• If we skip it, he can’t quite make it to a normal bedtime and ends up a total "cranky mess," forcing a 6:00 or 6:30 PM bedtime.
Is it time to officially drop to 2 naps? If so, how do I bridge that gap so he isn't miserable by 5:00 PM? Would love to see your 2-nap schedules or tips on how you handled this "in-between" phase!

Not sleep trained yet, hoping to have a solid schedule before attempting it to avoid unnecessary crying.
