There is an aide in my classroom who talks nonstop and is so incredibly loud. Her phone is always on full volume, and she answers calls all the time. It doesn’t matter what I say or do, she does not stop. Her voice triggers behaviors in many of my students, and she is either oblivious or just doesn’t care. I am at the end of my rope with her, and I don’t know what to do besides continue to complain to admin about it. I don’t know if I want help or just to vent, but my patience is wearing sooooo thin.
