4th year associate looking to lateral to an AM100 law firm. Had a callback interview last month that I felt went well. Followed up with the firms recruiter 9 days after and was told I'm still under active consideration, they're still interviewing and they evaluate candidates comparatively. It's been almost two weeks since then. Is this timeline fairly typical, or is the delay looking like a bad sign? How soon is too soon to check in with the recruiter again?
