I did some digging myself and found out that the base is filled with cement for stability. It’s weighs right 8.2 oz, but I have no idea how much of that is non sterling silver.

I have some grams and a ss tilawa round and bar. I know smaller denominations get a premium, but I don’t know how to calculate that or what even to use as a base. Same goes for the tilawa stuff. Does something no longer in circulation get a premium? Or that just from certain mints?
