Weekly schedule for 140.6

Hey there,

I am struggling to adjust my weekly workouts and need some help to plan. Any idea will be appreciated.

I am willing to have,

2 swim sessions
2 run sessions ( 1 long and 1 interval )
2 bile sessions ( 1long 1 ss intervals )

Optionally 1 more bile or run z2 session.

For long bike Sunday is ok and I want to avoid long sessions on consecutive days so I want to make long run on Wednesday. Bu in that case I can’t find a good place for run and bike intervals.

How you guys, that has the same schedule, plan your week?
