Soviet prisoner of war

A Soviet prisoner of war, captured by the Finnish Army and given new clothes, photographed near the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi, Finland, on January 6, 1940, during the Winter War.

Throughout the war, soldiers fought in harsh winter conditions, typically in temperatures between -15°C (5°F) and -30°C (-22°F), though at times they plunged as low as -43°C (-45°F).

Hey (bit long)

I know this is just a causal conversation and I thought this could be the place. It might help get me say "Well done you said you got off your mind." Back in September last year I was admitted I was diagnosed with encephalopathy and encephalitis with a bad UTI. I lost all of my memories, forgot everything, people, names, places etc. I was in hospital for about 10 days. At the end of December I was given a lumbar puncture to check my CNS - Central Nerval System (ordered my neurologist). A few weeks ago, I got the results. I got drug induced toxicity from a medication. Scary stuff but I survived. I made it.
