I watched Hedwig and the Angry Inch movie last night. And I loved the music and the story was thought provoking.

But I couldn’t get past the protagonist pursuing a 17 year old and I feel like there’s a weird leniency in queer folk pursuing older queer teenagers.

Am I crazy? It feels like this issue isn’t addressed in the discussions I’ve seen about this show.
