I admit had been downing Van leeuewen pints weekly for past 2 months and late night eats on the weekend.
Doctor recommended statins as it's Familial Hypercholesterolemia but I insisted trying diet+exercise.Doc recommended high fiber, low carb,no dairy, no red meat nosweets and to add Psyllum husk.
Enter Psyllium Husk - doing 5g/day before lunch since April 23rd and sticking to low carb-high protein Intermittent Fasting as much as possible (9 hr feeding window +15h fast self assigned goal).
While I should take it everyday, I'm committing to atleast 5 workdays every week and hopefully weekend as well.
Plan to re-test end of June /early July 2026 and see how things stand!
Happy to answer more Qs! Here to support for all facing such CVD risk and on their journey to fix it!
