Pens that flow nicely but don't pool

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a pen that flows nicely but doesn't pool. I write incredibly slowly for various reasons and have found that certain pens when you use them for a while or slow down start to pool, I love the nice flow but the pooling makes me have to write so much faster. Right now i've been Using Kaco .5 and had great results with it in green but in black it has gotten a bit skippy with the ink flow and it takes forever to dry, and the TRURED pens flow way too fast for me to write comfortably. I don't know if what i'm looking for exists but if anyone here knows that'd be amazing.

Edit: I remember really liking a pen that I got in England or France that started with Mi (not micron) but can't find any old ones to find the name.

Retaking Classes

Does anyone know why we aren't allowed to redo classes that are above a C? I got a C in microbiology this semester and know that if I just retook it i'd do so much better but it seems the policy is no grade forgiveness unless you fail. Am I misreading this or is this actually the case?
