$ATER anounced an $18mil asset sale a couple of days ago, I think there's value here if the market has misjudged that distribution amount, will be interesting as I calculate the value around $2 per share as a base figure, but could be more depending on how the David Lazar (iykyk) pivot play goes in the final stage

$18mil asset sale payout - $4.5mil debt repayment - $2.5mil transaction expenses and working capital adjustment (which is mid range of chat GPT estimate) = $11mil total payout
$11mil / 10.82mil outstanding shares = $1.01 payout per share
➕ Each share will receive a CVR which entitles them to an additional payout for tariff refunds and future asset sales of the brands etc. Aterian still owns = + $$$???
➕ You still have your shares after the payout which will be worth something and if Lazar pivots the company into an A.I or Crypto type company, there is potential for those shares to rocket
What it means? 🤷 If you can get $ATER shares for a total of $1.01 + CVR payout price + share price after payout value, then you are basically getting free lottery tickets into a potential moon pivot!
