I just bought this new Kona Rove AL this evening (it’s the 1x with shimano Essa) Peddling forwards seems fine, but if I’m in the biggest/easiest gear and start peddling backwards the derailleur seems to default the chain to the 2nd biggest/easiest gear and jams up in the cassette. Is this a common issue with a quick fix that I can do at home, or do I need to take it back for a warranty fix? Thank you in advance!
