2 year old boy, I've been told hes too thin by someone who hasn't seen him in a few weeks. He's fed twice a day, some days he eats it all, other days he doesn't and other days he asks for more and gets it.

I will say that we have a 4 month old baby and he seems to get stressed or scared when the baby cries. We've started giving him treats when baby cries so that he has a positive association with the noise.
