I’ve created a post image in canva, using the standard 4:5 Instagram post size template, so I figured I’d be good. Turns out that the image (or, in this case video) is somehow resized in grid view. I get an ugly black bar at the bottom, and a bit of the image at the top is cut off.

Is this an error in creating the image/video, or in posting (didn’t post it myself, so perhaps someone got something wrong on the way).
