I am a 33 year old, otherwise healthy, female.

Over the past month ive had an onset of random symptoms, to include high BP, excessive sweating, random palpitations, lack of appetite, chest tightness, and shortness of breath. My primary did labs which came back normal for the most part. She also requested a 24hr metanephrines test. My results just came back for that tes with the below numbers which I understand are elevated but still in normal range. Should I be concerned at all when considering the symptoms i am having. My follow up with my primary is not for a few weeks.

Metanephrines - 177 mcg/24hr

Normetanephrines - 380 mcg/24hr

Metanephrines, total - 566 mcg/24hr
