So anytime i go download something anywhere my computer dramaticlly slows down and mostly crashes. I changed the sata cable once and my windows was corrupted after that. Heres a ss (dont mind the theme)

gpt said it might be the motherboard cuz 2 of my ram slots dont work (i have four) and maybe the board is like weird or something. most of my pc is used like the ssd and the mobo i dont know and i need help.
