Hi all, I’m 177cm, 72-75kg. Posting to ask for your opinion on what I need to work on more. I’ve got quite bad body dismorphia, so I really want to what I need ti do to level up my physique. I’m aware my chest and my lower body is my weakest point. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you
