Test Pipe Retune Needed?

Hey guys. Recently I went on a road trip and on the way my car started to hang around 2k RPM when I accelerated, I got a serious loss of power and when I would come to a stop, my engine would be vibrating so bad I had to cut the car off. Around the same time I was running no hose or intake resonator because they were broken and I was told it wasn't too damaging. I originally thought it could be a misfire from running to lean due to that but after fixing that and installing these test pipes from Z1, it still persists. My question is could upgraded, no-cat, hi-flow test pipes be a cause for a retune/is it common for people to do? Also, I'm leaving a few things out in order to not make the post too long but the car is already tuned and the engine is stock. Just exhaust and a tune
