We will be tasting this 2020 Alion Vega Sicilia as part of a blind tasting of Spanish wines. Was planning to double decant the wine prior to the tasting. Any suggestions as to how long to leave in decanter before pouring it back onto the bottle? I realize this is a fairly young vintage.
Will leave tasting notes afterwards!

I’ve had this watercolor painting for over 20 years. Picked it up in an auction in Western Pennsylvania. I’m curious about any information regarding the painter. Also would like to know approximate value. Finally, kind of the missing pieces of the frame be replaced? How expensive is that.
