I work in southern Nevada, Mojave desert, and I have a dilemma. Management is threatening to write me up for wearing a bandana or a sweat band. It's starting to get hot, and I am a very heavy head sweater. i need somthing that keeps the sweat out of my eyes, as i feel it's a safety issue for my armored truck deliveries.

The dress code states only black beanies or baseball caps are allowed. To make matters more difficult, i have a huge head, i wear size 7 7/8 hats, and i have never worn a baseball cap that fits in my life. I need a reccomendation that will fit my needs as well as my head.

Please brothers, i need help.
