So I just got informed that our hours are dictated based on how many customers we enroll (which was news to me) but before I be a sour pus, my manager has been cutting my cashier shifts because of said reasons. What’s crazy to me is that I’ve worked here 5 years, and I was under the impression that if we made sales we’d make payroll which would create more hours. I’m already searching for other jobs and planning on getting a phlebotomy certification but I just feel so disrespected 😂 how are the employees getting penalized because the customer doesn’t wanna spend more money in this economy
