Does a Head of State get their Passport stamped?

(I tried to post this in NoStupidQuestions, but it got removed for politics.)

When a head of state of any country officially visit another country, how does customs and immigration work? Is there a special officer that stamps all the passports?

What about the entourage? Everybody still needs to 'go through a line' right?

What about customs? How does one country know that the President and their delegaton wasn't smuggling a few bags of secret sauce?

Kirinzan Momiji Red or Wakatake Demon Slayer

Catering a wedding party with a on-site sushi station. Don't really know what the sushi chef will dream up, but don't think he will deviate weirdly due to crowd size (150 people).

I don't have much experience in Sake, but considering Kirinzan Momiji Red 3 Year Junmai Daiginjo or Wakatake Onikoroshi Demon Slayer Junmai Daiginjo.

Any thoughts on either of these? Or a better recommendation up to $120-130/bottle?
