Hey fellow S197 owners,

I was looking at a few new hoods since the original hood is mostly rotted and I was wondering what the general consensus was. Another aluminum hood? Fiberglass? Carbon fiber?

I have been looking at a couple hoods, but the heat extractor and cobra type r are catching my eye. I have no experience with CF or the heat extractor vents, and I live in Cali (not too sunny or rainy in my area but is near the ocean). I daily my s197 but still wanted to get a nice replacement (any input/advice is greatly appreciated!)
