Quick context on me: 26, ISB alum, Director at a manufacturing company in Hyderabad (25+ years old, real revenues). I know the industry I'm building for from the inside.
What I'm building: a platform that solves a very specific coordination problem in industrial/manufacturing businesses in India. The problem is real, daily, and currently being hacked together with WhatsApp groups and phone calls.
What I have:
- Seed capital committed (my own)
- Industry credibility that no outsider can replicate
- A working concept already partially validated
What I'm looking for:
- Backend / full-stack developer, 3–6 years experience
- Someone who has built at least one product from scratch
- Wants meaningful equity, not just a job
- Based in Hyderabad preferred, open to remote
