I started mid January and will finish at the end of January 2027.

I am using hot set mortar, it is a joy to use. I have about 400m2 of pointing to complete as well as a whole heap of cracked bricks replacement. I am also.making new portals for rain heads to drain the new copper roof being installed.

The low structure was completed in 1901, above in 1932, and the bell tower in 1979. The least problems are in the 1901 bricks, 1932 has some problems. But the 1979 work is problematic as it used cement not lime mortar.

OMG the salt in the newer work.

We have amazing views, corbel arches, flying buttresses and kookaburras.
