The sublease is for one bedroom in a four bedroom and two bathroom apartment.

The apartment is through Smile and is located at 105 N Busey Avenue. The apartment was renovated last year, so everything is in good shape.

Rent would be $400 a month, plus around $80-$90 a month for utilities. The apartment is furnished and there is a laundry room downstairs in the building.

The other three roommates will be junior year males.
