I started going to the gym after a shoulder injury back in 2024, I was at 175lbs. I’ve always did team sports but had never touched weights before. For the past 2 years my routine has been built around full body dumbbell workouts with compound movements, 3–4x per week, plus 2–3 cardio sessions split between Zone 2 and HIIT. I feel like I’ve hit a plateau recently, open to any suggestions!
