MTM phone prompts

I made a post last week about my outcomes MTM troubles and since then I have tried called the support line but I’m not sure what prompts I’m supposed to be pressing for the password change. I’ve gotten that I should be pressing 2 for clinical services but there’s no prompts for outcomes MTM assistance?

So a few months ago we had somebody come in and get all of the new hires including myself set up with outcomes. I was never shown how to use it except to log in the very first time. So after a month I lost access to log in, and now when I’m trying to reset the password it’s telling me to call (800)677-8525 for password reset assistance. However when I call, there are no prompts for a password reset and no mention of MTM… help?
