I have a 4 1/2 year old 85lb Labrador retriever. She was neutered when she was a puppy. 4 days ago we were getting ready for a trip and noticed her face was a little slim and we thought maybe she was losing weight. When we got back from the trip we noticed she had a dramatic indent just above her right eye and in her right cheek. It’s like all the muscle and fascia there has sunken in but her left side is totally fine. She’s not having any trouble chewing, no tenderness in the area and she’s acting completely normal minus the fact that the right side of her face is dramatically sunken in. Should we rush her to the vet or can we wait till our vet is open tomorrow?
