1 year weight-loss and running journey, 100 lbs down! Started out just counting calories and walking. Progressed to 3 days at the gym and 10k steps every day with some jogging and biking sprinkled in. Now I'm running 40 mile weeks 16+ mile long runs, and average a 8:30 pace ( my first all out mile was around 10:30 ) feel better than ever! Signed up for my first marathon at the end of the year and maybe a half iron man after that. Did it all so I could keep up with my daughter!
