My RM Paper Pro will not charge the battery. I insert charging cable, same one I always use, and nothing happens. The charge “lightning” signal appears but the charge bar stays at 0 percent.
While the cable is inserted I can use the device, but as soon as I pull it out, it shuts down.
Any suggestions on possible remedies?
