I have a few auto flowers I just started. Got them germinated and into cups. It's been about 2 or 3 weeks now. Should I put more soil or leave them as is? There are a few that are struggling. What should I do about those? I'm waiting until mid May to put them outdoors.

Thanks in advance. Really new to this so don't want to mess anything up.

Bought a house recently and these 2 were in the front. They look pretty bad. What should I do? Chop them and replant something else? I'm in 7b/7a area.
