Am I eating wrong?
Hey guys, it’s my first post here and just want to say I hope everyone is having a great day.
For context, I am on a caloric deficit and intermittent fasting, aiming for 1600cal without exercise daily.
I have 2 meals a day, lunch and dinner, but barely finish either one. I used to be able to have multiple plates of rice and pasta before but now I can barely get through 1/2 a cup of pasta and a chicken breast. I’m meeting the minimum of 120g protein daily and 1600cal, whilst also losing weight but I feel very full after my meals.
Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong or is there something I should know?
