TLDR: On Friday nights, how late are the food vendors open? Is it so loud, you’d have trouble hearing someone at the other end of the table?

I really like this place, but only go about once a year or so, because it’s not convenient for me. I’m looking for a place to meet with some friends who don’t get together often and thought this would check a lot of our boxes. In my limited experience, some of the food vendors have closed before 7pm and the place can get pretty loud. I’m hoping there have been some improvements in those areas.
