Hello,
I tried Bike Fast Fit app, Elite version. In the past, I had professional bikefitting but for road bike.
This is last iteration, as app suggested, I lowered saddle but only by 2-3mm. Today I tried to ride for an hour, no major bad feelings or longer pain.

This bike has sad story behind but it's tool, that allows me to ride bike and put me to saddle again.

It's 2025 Chisel Comp Evo with 130mm Fox 34 fork and 110mm Fox Float shock. I upgraded wheels to Elitewheels Flow with 30mm internal width and the weight of cca. 1500g, tubeless.

I was thinking about getting new Sram to utilize UDH, but then found deal for almost brand new XX1 AXS RD for 400 EUR with shifter, battery and chager, 70 EUR for GX cassete with 300km on it. Week later, I installed X1 carbon crankset in 170mm length, lost 250g against stock cranks.

Now I am sitting at 12.23kg without Wahoo and frame bag, 13.1 kg with everything loaded (no bottles).

It's my first full sus bike, so I am getting used to it but love it so far, it's fun. Even without lockout, that I was worried about, it's totally fine to climb.

Now, I would like to upgrade myself as rider, put some nice cocpit (I am looking at you, Newmen stuff) and ride it as long as possible. Maybe even try credit card touring.
