It’s an apartment in the same building and on the same floor. So my address basically stays the same; only my landlord is changing. My question is: Do I need to re-register with the KVR?

It is an apparent in the same building. So my address remains unchanged for all intents an purposes, except my landlord is changing. My question is, do I need to re-register in KVR.
